Elements to Craft Your Morning Routine

A morning routine is a fantastic way to set the tone of your day and can be a great time to work on yourself mentally, emotionally and physically. Before we get into it I want you to know that there isn’t a perfect morning routine and no one can tell you what your routine should be.

There are so many article and videos out there telling you what morning routine works for them and how it has changed their life but I want you to focus on crafting a morning routine that is focused on your needs. I am not going to tell you what you should do every morning but give you some elements that I believe will help you create a morning routine that you can stick to. However, I want you to choose the ones that work, are achievable and resonates with you.
